Retrieve Loans

This menu option of LPF is used to retrieve and display loans with different status. It also allows the user to quickly look through the loan performance by clicking the different loan status parameters.

How to Retrieve Loans?

To Retrieve Loans go to Loans/Retrieve Loans. The following screen will be seen:

• Click on the Yes button to have the Loan status updated from On-Time to Arrears and Expired in Loan Performer.
• A new pop-up screen will appear as one below.

• The information screen displays a message asking whether you want to see the active portfolio only.  When the Yes button is selected, a list of only loans that have outstanding balances will be shown as seen in the screen below:

• The Loans with outstanding balances are shown in the screen above and the first Loan Number is KA/00012 and the Loan Status is OT for (On Time).
• If however the No button is selected then all loans issued with all status will appear in the grid both active and expired as seen below.

• Whichever case above, you can still narrow down your search to a specific Loan status by selecting the appropriate parameter e.g "OT - for On Time" loans and all on time loans will be highlighted with a green colour as seen below:

Note that In case the "No" button is selected in the first screen, then Loan status will not be updated
